Payment-related information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor — Clypso does not store raw card numbers or bank account details.

To operate the marketplace: matching creators and brands, processing payments, facilitating messaging, and displaying profiles/listings/briefs to other users as intended by the service.

To communicate with you about your account and deals.

To comply with legal and tax obligations (including issuing 1099 forms where required by law).

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Google (if you sign in with Google). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Children's Privacy

Clypso is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations after account closure.
